Covid-19: SC denies one more attempt to UPSC aspirants who exhausted last attempt in 2020 | India News

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court
on Wednesday dismissed a petition seeking an extra attempt in UPSC for those aspirants who had exhausted their last attempt in October 2020.
The students had pleaded SC to grant them one more chance as they could not prepare for test due to pandemic.
The Centre had on February 5 told the apex court that it was agreeable to give an extra chance as a one-time relaxation to those civil service aspirants, who had appeared in their last attempt in the 2020 exam and are otherwise not age-barred.
